Step 1: first press and hold “my” button for 8 seconds and red light will blink through all the time. If not, replace the CR2430 battery. If light blinks move towards next step.

Step 2: now unplug the motor switch and then plug it back. Check if system is working otherwise move towards next step.

Step 3: Check the power supply at quick connect outlet. If power is working then go to next step. 

Step 4: Try using a different outlet and plug the motor into that.
