Solved - Doorbell Chime not Working!!! Google Nest Hello (Wired) Video Doorbell

If your Google Nest Hello (Wired) Video Doorbell is installed correctly and showing a ring of blue light at the bottom and yet your mechanical doorbell chime is not working when the Nest Hello doorbell button is pressed then this video can help fix the problem.

It worked for me, therefore, I am hoping it can help you too if you run into the same issue that I ran into.

I installed my Google Nest Hello (Wired) Video Doorbell recently and did the wiring and the installation correctly and when i turned on power I got a ring of blue light on my Nest Hello doorbell as expected but yet when I pressed the Nest doorbell button there was no sound from my doorbell chime unit. The Nest Hello doorbell itself was making a sound but inside my home the doorbell chime unit was not working which of course is not ideal.

After a lot of frustration and research I was able to find the solution to the problem. Therefore, I am sharing it with you.
